The Langer holiday flat is located on the first floor of a two-family house, which is occupied by the owners themselves.
The house is located on the southern edge of the town, a two-minute walk from the railway station. The city centre and market square are just five minutes away. In ten minutes you can reach the Rheinwald forest at the Kulturwehr Breisach and the Rhine for beautiful walks. The French border is just three minutes away. This makes it an ideal location for excursions on foot, by bike or by train.
Shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity of an EDEKA supermarket, or a REWE supermarket about four minutes' walk away; a bakery is located directly opposite in the station building.
The town of Breisach charges a visitor's tax of € 2.00 per guest and day of stay, children between the ages of 6 and 14 (inclusive) € 1.00, which allows you to use public transport free of charge in the entire cone area and offers reduced admission prices and discounts for many tourist facilities and offers. Ideal for excursions in the region.
The flat has a large bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a corner sofa and dining table, a small kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with WC and a south-west facing balcony.
Sat-TV, telephone, W-Lan. Electricity, water, heating, bed linen, towels and tea towels are included. Free parking directly at the house.
Maximum occupancy of four adults or two adults and two children. An additional baby cot can be provided free of charge.
Please note: A small disadvantage, the house is located in the immediate vicinity (approx. 50 m) to the federal road 31. Street noise is only to be expected on the balcony, or with open windows, as our house was completely renovated in 2014.
The flat is a non-smoking flat.
